Schools & education

Security that respects
the school day.

Schools welcome families, staff and visitors every day, with the busiest moments packed into short windows. F360 Guards proposes site-specific security planning built around your schedule, your policies and the people you serve.

  • Visitor access
  • Arrival & dismissal
  • Campus events
  • Clear escalation

All services described on this page are proposed. Scope, availability, licensing and operational readiness are confirmed during review.

Understanding your security challenges

A campus is never
one environment.

A school is a classroom, a front office, a traffic corridor, an athletic venue and a community hall in a single day. Planning starts by understanding which of those roles matter most at your site.

Visitor access

Parents, volunteers, vendors, contractors and guests arrive throughout the day. A consistent front-entry process, defined by your policy, helps staff understand who is on site and why.

Arrival and dismissal

Students, families, buses and staff converge in concentrated windows. Planning considers how traffic and foot movement are organized and who is responsible for each area, coordinated with administrators and local authorities.

Student safety, calmly

A presence that is approachable and professional supports the culture of a school rather than interrupting instruction. Tone and presentation are part of the plan.

Campus events

Athletics, performances, open houses and community rentals change who is on campus, when, and which areas are open. Event coverage is planned separately from the regular school day.

Shared grounds and entrances

Multiple buildings, fields and entrances, often used by the wider community, call for clear post responsibilities and a shared understanding of which areas are open at which times.

Communication and escalation

Everyone should know who an officer reports to, how concerns reach administrators and how information moves when something changes.

Security solutions for your school

Proposed coverage,
shaped around your schedule.

These are the kinds of support that may be appropriate for a school property. Each is proposed for discussion and requires scope, licensing and operational confirmation before any commitment is made.

Discuss your campus

Visitor Management Proposed

A proposed front-entry presence that supports your sign-in procedures and guides guests to the front office.

Campus Patrols Proposed

Proposed patrol routes and timing built around your property priorities, with documented observations.

Arrival & Dismissal Proposed

Proposed presence at designated points, following the traffic and supervision plan your school already uses.

Special Events Proposed

Proposed coverage for evening and weekend events, planned around attendance and the areas that are open.

Multi-School Security Programs Proposed

Proposed shared standards and one point of contact for districts and systems with more than one campus.

  1. Front-entry and visitor access support Proposed

An officer presence at the main entrance that supports your sign-in and visitor procedures and directs guests to the front office, as your administrators define.

  2. Arrival and dismissal presence Proposed

Scheduled presence at designated points during arrival and dismissal, following the traffic and supervision plan your school already uses.

  3. Campus event coverage Proposed

Proposed coverage for evening and weekend events, planned around the event schedule, attendance expectations and the areas that are open.

  4. Patrols and after-hours property checks Proposed

Patrol routes and timing shaped around property priorities, with observations documented for administrators.

  5. Incident reporting Proposed

Structured written reports for incidents and observations, shared with the administrators you designate.

  6. Site-specific post orders Proposed

Written instructions for each post, built with your leadership so officers understand their role, their reporting line and your procedures.

Armed assignments are not assumed for schools. Any such discussion is subject to applicable licensing, district policy and operational confirmation. Requested schedules are reviewed individually and no round-the-clock coverage is promised.

Clear roles

Everyone knows
where their role begins.

A security officer supports your school. An officer does not replace teachers, administrators or law enforcement. Defining these boundaries in writing is part of the proposed planning process.

Lead the school

Educators and administrators

  • Own instruction, student supervision and discipline
  • Set visitor, safety and emergency policy
  • Direct what officers are asked to support
Support the plan

F360 Guards officers (proposed)

  • Follow written post orders approved by the school
  • Observe, document and report to designated contacts
  • Support access procedures and a professional presence
Respond to emergencies

Law enforcement and emergency services

  • Hold responsibility for law enforcement and emergency response
  • Are contacted according to the school’s own procedures
  • Coordinate with school leadership, not with officers alone

Proposed escalation pathway

The specific procedures belong to your school. The plan would document who is contacted, in what order, and how a written record is shared afterward. It would be reviewed with your leadership and, where appropriate, local responders, and no operational detail is published here.

  1. 1Observe and document
  2. 2Notify designated school contact
  3. 3Coordinate with emergency services per school procedure
  4. 4Share a written follow-up

Hypothetical security planning scenario

This scenario is illustrative and was written for planning discussion. It does not describe an existing F360 Guards client, a completed project or a result. Goals below are prospective.

01

Facility

A hypothetical public middle school on a single campus with one main entrance, a bus loop, a separate family drop-off lane, an athletic field and a gymnasium that hosts evening events and community use.

02

Challenge

  • Visitors arrive throughout the day and need a consistent front-entry experience.
  • Arrival and dismissal bring buses, vehicles and pedestrians together in short windows.
  • Evening events open parts of the campus that are normally closed.
  • Administrators want written visibility without adding to their workload.
03

Our Approach

  • A proposed assessment with school leadership before any coverage is drafted.
  • Proposed front-entry coverage on school days, with arrival and dismissal presence at designated points.
  • Separate, event-by-event coverage planning for the gymnasium and field.
  • Written post orders, a named supervisor contact and a defined escalation pathway.
  • Proposed reporting to administrators and a scheduled review each term.
04

Expected Benefits

  • Goal: a consistent, documented front-entry process.
  • Goal: clearer movement and shared responsibility at arrival and dismissal.
  • Goal: predictable event coverage that staff can plan around.
  • Evaluation could include administrator feedback, report timeliness and completion of agreed post duties, reviewed together on a schedule the school chooses.
How F360 Guards would support your facility

Four steps,
planned with you.

This is the intended service delivery model. It describes how F360 Guards proposes to work, not a set of current guarantees.

  1. 01

    Facility Security Assessment

    • Review of hours and campus use
    • Listening to administrator concerns
    • Identifying what the school already has in place
  2. 02

    Site-Specific Coverage Plan

A written proposal that sets coverage windows, post responsibilities, reporting lines and boundaries for your approval.

    • Coverage matched to the school calendar
    • Written post orders
    • Defined escalation contacts
  3. 03

    Officer Training and Deployment

Officers prepared for the school’s expectations and procedures before they begin, with training standards confirmed during scope review.

    • Briefing on the school’s procedures
    • Introduction to key staff
    • Supervisor oversight at launch
  4. 04

    Ongoing Communication and Performance Reviews

Regular touchpoints with administrators to review reports, adjust coverage for the calendar and refine the plan.

Frequently asked questions

Questions school leaders
ask first.

Ask about your campus
Can security coverage be scheduled around school hours?

That is the intent. Coverage windows would be proposed around your bell schedule, arrival and dismissal, events and breaks. Specific schedules and staffing availability are confirmed during scope review.

How would officers support visitor access?

Officers would support the sign-in and visitor procedures your school already uses, as written in the post orders. The school sets the policy and decides who may enter.

What would an officer do at arrival and dismissal?

A proposed presence at designated points, following the supervision and traffic plan your school sets. Details are agreed in writing with your administrators and are not published here.

How are officers different from teachers or police?

Educators lead instruction, supervision and discipline. Law enforcement and emergency services respond to emergencies. Officers would support the plan by following approved post orders, observing, documenting and reporting to designated contacts.

Does F360 Guards offer armed officers at schools?

Armed assignments are not assumed. Any discussion is subject to applicable licensing, district policy and operational confirmation.

Can you cover evening events and athletics?

Event coverage may be proposed separately from the school day, based on the event, expected attendance and areas used. Availability is confirmed for each request.

What happens after I submit a proposal request?

Your request is stored for review. Scope, availability and next steps need confirmation by the business. Email notification is not configured yet, so for time-sensitive needs please also call 888-360-5666.
