Technology

Planned tools for
clear accountability.

These capabilities are planned, not verified as active services. Availability is subject to implementation, verification and business approval.

Technology-Driven Security. Built on Accountability.

Modern security requires more than a physical presence. F360 Guards is building a security approach focused on visibility, documented performance, and responsive communication.

Please note. These are planned capabilities, not verified active services. They are not represented as implemented or currently available. Any rollout requires implementation, verification and business approval, with scope confirmed during site review.

01

GPS & Geofenced Accountability

Planned capability

A planned approach to confirming that assigned posts are attended, using location-aware check-in tied to site boundaries agreed with the client.

How it would work

If approved, each post would be mapped to a defined area during site review. Officers would check in and out against that area, and exceptions would be flagged for supervisory follow-up.

What would be documented

  • Check-in and check-out times per post
  • Exceptions and how they were resolved
  • Boundary definitions agreed with the client

Privacy, access and confirmation

Location data would be collected only for assigned duty, with retention and access rules confirmed in writing before use.

02

Digital Patrol Verification

Planned capability

A planned way to record that scheduled patrol rounds and site inspections were carried out, in a consistent format.

How it would work

If approved, checkpoints and routes would be set with the client for each property. Completed rounds would be logged with timestamps and officer notes, and missed checkpoints would be surfaced for review.

What would be documented

  • Routes, checkpoints and completion times
  • Officer observations from each round
  • Inspection program results, where a program is agreed

Privacy, access and confirmation

Routes and schedules are sensitive and would be shared only with named client contacts approved for that site.

03

Incident Reporting & Documentation

Planned capability

A planned, structured way to capture incidents so facts, times and follow-up are written down the same way every time.

How it would work

If approved, reports would follow a standard template covering what happened, who was notified and what was done. Reports would be reviewed by a supervisor and then shared with the client contacts named for the site.

What would be documented

  • Date, time, location and description
  • Notifications made and actions taken
  • Supervisor review status

Privacy, access and confirmation

Report content may include personal information. Handling, access and retention would require confirmed policies and appropriate privacy disclosures before implementation.

04

Performance & Quality Reporting

Planned capability

A planned reporting layer that brings attendance, patrol, inspection and incident records together for periodic client review.

How it would work

If approved, summaries would be prepared on a schedule agreed with the client. Client dashboards and additional inspection programs are also under consideration as planned options, not verified active services. Any rollout would require confirmation, and access would be limited to approved contacts.

What would be documented

  • Periodic summaries of the records above
  • Open items and agreed follow-up
  • Review notes from client and supervisor meetings

Privacy, access and confirmation

Report formats, frequency and access would be confirmed per site. No performance results are stated or implied here.
