Information you provide
The proposal form collects business contact information, organization and job details, service interests, property locations, requested schedules, and project notes. Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, or security-sensitive information.
How information is used
F360 Guards uses submitted details to review the request, assess the proposed scope, and contact the requester about next steps. The information is stored so the request can be reviewed.
Service providers and email
If email notifications are enabled, request details may be transmitted to the configured email provider for delivery to team@facilities360.com. The website currently stores submissions even when email delivery is not configured or fails.
